Au cœur du campus de la FSTS Casablanca, le restaurant l’Olivier s’étend sur 160 m² et propose un espace de restauration lumineux et convivial. Conçu comme une halte apaisante, il met en scène la nature et la douceur méditerranéenne, avec un olivier majestueux comme point central et symbole du lieu.
The project plays with a palette of greens, yellows, and natural tones, combined with the warmth of wood and the sobriety of matte black surfaces. Traditional patterned tiles, pendant lights, and perforated furniture bring a contemporary identity, while subtly evoking the Moroccan art of living.
The open layout, punctuated by large windows and a structured ceiling, promotes fluidity and light. L’Olivier thus offers a warm and inspiring setting, designed to welcome students and visitors in a soft, modern, and lively atmosphere.
