A backup is stored at Google Drive. All files stored online by Google Drive are encrypted and kept on several secure servers located in the United States, considered by the European Union to be an "adequate" country with regard to data security. Google Drive adheres to the Privacy Shield principles drawn up by the US Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission.
- How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for the duration of our relationship, plus 5 years, unless we are required to do so by law or regulation.
- Exercising your rights
With regard to the personal data we hold about you, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability, which you may exercise directly with YLA STUDIO, by simple request by telephone, e-mail, contact form or post, and enclosing a copy of both sides of an identity document.
