En vis-\u00e0-vis, le p\u00f4le socio-communautaire occupe une position centrale, jouant le r\u00f4le de c\u0153ur de vie f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur et assurant une proximit\u00e9 \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e avec l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9sidents.<\/p><p>L\u2019administration est implant\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du site, assurant l\u2019interface avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, tandis qu\u2019au nord, un p\u00f4le sportif regroupe terrains, salle couverte et piste d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme, positionn\u00e9s en retrait afin de pr\u00e9server la tranquillit\u00e9 des logements tout en restant facilement accessibles.<\/p><p>Le sud du site est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9serve fonci\u00e8re destin\u00e9e \u00e0 une extension future du programme, permettant un doublement de la capacit\u00e9 sans remettre en cause l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du plan masse ni la qualit\u00e9 des am\u00e9nagements
