MAKROUD VILLA

Villa Makroud, a creation by YLA Studio, an esteemed architecture firm in Casablanca, Morocco, is a standalone villa nestled in the 'Les Jardins de l'Océan' neighborhood in Dar Bouazza. The project aims to create a major effect based on contrast. A contrast between lightness and massiveness, between the whiteness and the brutality of concrete, as well as between transparency on the garden side and opacity on the street side. 

As an architect and interior architecture specialist, YLA Studio deliberately played with contrasting elements to give Villa Makroud a unique identity. This design choice underscores the agency's commitment to pushing conventional boundaries and creating spaces that captivate and intrigue.
