BAICH VILLA

Villa Baich, crafted by YLA Studio, an architecture firm based in Casablanca, Morocco, is strategically located in the Mandarona neighborhood, near the Technopark of Casablanca. Facing a busy street, the design approach favored minimizing openings on the street side while promoting large windows on the garden side, allowing for ample natural light. 

As an architect and interior architecture specialist, YLA Studio carefully balanced the need for privacy from the bustling street with creating a bright and open interior space on the garden side.
