BRITEL NOTARY STUDY

The Britel Notary Office, located in the Hay Al Hana neighborhood in the Hay Hassani district, is an iconic creation by YLA Studio, an architecture firm based in Casablanca, Morocco. The project stands out with a cladding in corten steel, giving a distinctive materiality to the entire structure. 

The clever use of corten steel creates a striking contrast between the robustness of this material and the transparency of the glass windows. This play of oppositions gives a strong identity to the building, which aims to be anything but ordinary.
