BENCHEKROUN VILLA

Villa Benchekroun, a creation of YLA Studio, an architecture firm based in Casablanca, Morocco, is a paired villa located in the commune of Bouskoura, south of Casablanca. The challenge of this project lay in introducing natural light while ensuring natural ventilation capable of regulating the interior temperature. The project's volume is intended to be simple yet thoughtful, composed of a basement, a main building, and a crown. 

As an architect and interior architecture specialist, YLA Studio designed Villa Benchekroun with a careful approach to natural light and ventilation, creating a pleasant and energy-efficient interior space. The choice of a simple yet well-thought-out volume reflects the agency's commitment to reconciling aesthetics and functionality.
