LAAYOUNE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

YLA Studio, the Casablanca-based Architecture Agency, emerged victorious in the Architecture Competition for Residences dedicated to Moroccan army officers and non-commissioned officers in Laayoune. This project, a testament to the architects' talent, seamlessly and harmoniously integrates into its environment, capitalizing on climatic constraints and the distinctive architecture of the site. 

As architects, YLA Studio successfully conceptualized residences tailored to the specific needs of officers and non-commissioned officers while respecting the distinctive elements of the region. Carefully thought-out interior architecture ensures optimal comfort, while the exterior aesthetics draw inspiration from the local architectural identity. 

Anchored in the city of Laayoune, this project reflects YLA Studio's commitment to a sustainable and integrated approach. The residences demonstrate that architecture can be both functional and aesthetically in harmony with its surroundings, marking a significant milestone in the architectural landscape of Laayoune.
